Beauty A.

Ted Talk

In ‘ A Darwinian Theory of beauty’, Denis Dutton said beauty does not exist in the eyes of the viewer. He uses Darwin's theory to tell us that it exists in our thoughts because of the wisdom and rich emotional life of our ancestors. He gave examples to prove that everything about beauty has existed from ancient times to the present. We don't think those things are beautiful because of the feeling, but because of the adaptive effect of beauty. So beauty comes from our thoughts and activities. In Tad Talk, I was most able to focus on those vivid comics. In the comics, I saw what we felt, the original ancestors began to have the same experience. There was also a handmade product introduced in the video, which was the product of ancient times. Because of the hand axes use, people think it was beautiful. Because of the influence of the brain up to now, we also think that this shape was beautiful.
